Refund & Cancellation

Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation before Dispatch:
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to enquiry@bhaaratvastraabhiyaan.com with the order details.
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- Custom Orders & Tailored Items:
- Orders with custom tailoring (fall & edging services) cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation Refund:
- If an order is canceled within the allowed timeframe, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated after the item is received and approved by our Quality Assurance Team.
- The refund will include only the product cost. Additional charges (e.g., shipping fees) will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed in 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
Return Policy
Domestic Orders:
An order is eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Return/Cancellation is not accepted for orders with custom tailoring, including fall & edging services.
Customers can initiate a return request under the following circumstances:
Return Reason Resolution
Item is damaged/defective Refund / Gift Card
Incorrect item delivered Refund / Gift Card
Colour different from description Gift Card
I do not like this material Gift Card
Customers must raise a return request by sending an email to enquiry@bhaaratvastraabhiyaan.com in with the order details and the return reason. In case of damaged/incorrect items, a photograph of the product, the price tag, and the packing cover that was delivered is mandatory.
Our support team will analyze the return request and approve the same.
Once approved, the item has to be packed and shipped to the following address:
The products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, and unused. The price tag (and the silk mark tag, if applicable) must be present. The saree folding has to remain intact.
Reverse pickup is available for damaged/defective/incorrect items for selected pin codes.
Onward & Return logistics cost of â‚ą75/- for each item will be charged on free shipping orders.
Refund/Gift Card Process:
Refund or gift card will be issued after the item is received and approved by our quality assurance team.
The refund/gift card will include only the product cost. Any additional costs incurred for the order by the company/customer will not be refunded.
Refunds will be credited to the same payment mode used for the order. Refunds may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect from the date of initiation.
Rest of India – Orders:
We do not accept returns for orders from countries outside India.
